I may be naive but could NY become a city of FIFO non residences. A class of society that simply fly-in, fly-out, non residents who enjoy their residences but leave them unoccupied for most of the year with no money spent in local economies … or worse; anchor their yachts offshore and helicopter in for best bagels / croissants going? In other words, a city that’s left mostly empty and broke … ?
