BREAKING: Democratic star Congressman Jamie Raskin brings down the hammer and demands that the Trump Organization turn over ALL of its business records in order to determine how much Trump profited from foreign governments.

This is exactly how you catch a crook...

Raskin, who is the top Democrat on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, is calling for the records in question because he believes that it's the only way to obtain a full picture of Trump's criminal presidency.

Raskin's new letter comes in the wake of a bombshell report from the committee which exposed Trump for earning roughly $8 million from foreign governments while he controlled the Oval Office.

Not surprisingly, Trump failed to disclose these massive profits to Congress. Raskin convincingly argues that this failure is a blatant violation of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution.

Raskin slammed the Trump Organization for sending a letter to reject his previous call for them to return the ill-gotten profits. He said that the letter is "an admission that, without congressional consent, he collected while in office at least $7.8 million from at least 20 foreign governments—with the People’s Republic of China and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia being his leading patrons."

"You conspicuously do not dispute the millions of dollars that foreign governments spent at Trump-owned properties, the identities of the corrupt and autocratic governments that spent those sums, or the myriad policy favors and changes that those governments were seeking to obtain from the Trump Administration—and, in numerous cases, did obtain—at the time they were filling Trump’s pockets," Raskin wrote.

"Nor do you dispute that the former President never came to Congress to disclose the foreign government payments he wanted to accept or to seek congressional consent to keep them—as the Foreign Emoluments Clause required him to do," he went on.

"Perhaps if you pile up all the foreign state money former President Trump received while in office, the stack will reach as high as the Washington Monument, and we could call it the ‘Washington Emolument,’" wrote Raskin.

As usual, Raskin nailed it. We need more public servants like this holding Trump and his MAGA mafia accountable.

These are the same workers who just won a massive $148 million defamation lawsuit against MAGA goon Rudy Giuliani for defamation.

At a rally in Georgia, the disgraced former president showed a video that featured Freeman and Moss at a ballot processing center and then falsely accused them of preventing Trump’s victory, roping them into his Big Lie narrative.

Mary Trump believes her uncle must be held accountable for his crimes.

"Lady Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss deserve every bit of justice that’s coming their way... and the perpetrators of the defamation against them, including Donald Trump, need to be held accountable," she stated. "Giuliani is already at the tail end of the 'finding out' phase—let’s make sure Donald Trump is next."

Given his escalating legal problems, Donald Trump simply can’t afford to lose a big defamation case. We hope he does.

BREAKING: President Biden scores a massive diplomatic victory as five Americans who were being wrongfully detained in Iran are set free and put on a flight out of the country.

The plane has now touched down in Qatar, the nation that helped broker the deal. One can only imagine the incredible surge of relief that the former prisoners now feel.

The historic agreement saved the lives of the imprisoned individuals in return for freeing up $6 billion in oil revenues that had been frozen under U.S. sanctions.

The families of the freed Americans are praising President Biden's diplomacy and his decision to use the leverage available to him to protect American lives. This is statesmanship at its finest.

BREAKING: A former aide to Donald Trump drops a bombshell to federal investigators and reveals that the disgraced former president would literally scribble to-do lists on the back of documents that were visibly marked as classified.

The stunning revelation shows just how reckless the indicted ex-president was with the documents he smuggled down to Mar-a-Lago, for which he is now facing severe federal charges.

Molly Michael, a former executive assistant to Trump, says that she was given written requests on papers that she recognized as "sensitive White House materials," meaning Trump was just spreading the classified info around willy nilly.

According to Michael, this criminal act happened more than once.

After the FBI raid of Trump's Florida compound, Michael discovered some of the classified notecards "underneath a drawer organizer" and promptly handed them over to federal authorities.

BREAKING: Donald Trump shoots himself in the foot legally by attacking Judge Tanya Chutkan — the one overseeing his 2020 election case — just a few days after she specifically warned him against making "inflammatory statements."

It doesn't get any stupider than this...

Chutkan gave Trump the warning because his smears and lies might intimidate witnesses or corrupt the jury pool. Rather than listen, Trump unleashed a disgusting personal attack on Chutkan calling her "highly partisan" and "very biased and unfair."

"She obviously wants me behind bars," Trump claimed, an unfair accusation since every single American who respects the rule of law wants that.

Not content to simply attack her in one post, he unleashed another to complain about her sentencing of a Jan. 6th rioter, claiming that her remarks demonstrate bias against him.

He quoted her as saying that the "people who mobbed that Capitol" were "there in fealty, in loyalty" to "one man, not to the Constitution." She reportedly said that they showed "blind loyalty" to "one person" who "remains free to this day."

Such remarks are completely accurate and demonstrate awareness of reality, not real bias.

During her warning, Chutkan had said that "inflammatory statements" would increase the "urgency" that they "proceed to trial quickly."

Now, the judge has to follow through on her threats. Donald Trump is testing her and she must not fail the test. Hold him accountable Judge Chutkan!

BREAKING: Legal experts sound the alarm, demand that Trump be IMMEDIATELY thrown in jail, and kept there without bail until his trial, as soon as he gets indicted in Georgia’s Fulton County by District Attorney Fani Willis.

The experts say that Trump’s new post on TruthSocial makes it clear that he is ALREADY intimidating witnesses — which means that the judge who takes on the case will likely “presume” that Trump cannot be allowed to roam free until his trial begins.

In the TruthSocial post, Trump wrote, “I’m reading reports that failed former Lt. Governor of Georgia, Geoff Duncan, will be testifying before the Fulton County Grand Jury. He shouldn’t."

But it gets worse for Trump…

The experts cite a Georgia law that states that courts shall only release people on bail if they find that the defendant "poses no significant risk of intimidating witnesses or otherwise obstructing the administration of justice."

The experts declared, “Trump's statement will be seen as especially egregious by the courts because he explicitly is saying the witness should defy a grand jury subpoena."

To make matters worse for Trump, the experts say that Trump's attack against Duncan "may also violate the conditions of release in the federal January 6th case" that is being overseen by Judge Chutkan in D.C.
