100 years ago today, hard times forced my grandfather to sell of his farm equipment and livestock in Vinemount Ontario. A low point in our family history for sure but I’m proud to say—it didn’t keep him down!
Tonight @adriearsenault said that CBC is committed to bringing us stories about climate change. I watch The National every night and yes, there are stories about climate change but not nearly to the level of attention that the current crisis deserves.

The issue in this election is not the calling of the election. The science is clear, we must immediately cap GHG emissions & achieve an avg of 8% annual reductions within a decade. That means this is last election where a gov't will have any runway left to get it done on time.
