What an experience yesterday was!
Crossed that finish line in 7 hours 57 mins at the Stafford Ironman 70.3.
This was for my late father who we lost to cancer in 2018 and to help fund Mom’s treatment for stage 4 bowel cancer

After Sir Jack's funeral, I walked back to Molineux with Kenny, his wife and Nick Owen. I said: "Thank you for making me proud of my club again." His wife turned to him and said proudly: "See, that's what they all think of you Ken."
This is how I prefer to think of my club.
That is actually shocking treatment no matter what a win record says.
Seems as though FOSUN are still not the good with their communication to employees.
Steven Bartlett says a few glasses of wine ruined the next 3 days of his life
“It's one of those areas where you don't understand the hidden cost until you really give it up for a while. I stopped drinking at 30 years old. I'm now 33. When I was 31, I thought, I'll have a drink again because now I could really A/B test it. I had a year of not drinking, decided to have a drink again”
“It ruined three days of my life. I had a couple of glasses of wine, didn't get drunk. It ruined three days of my life because of the domino effect it caused”
“I got worse sleep that night, and then because I got worse sleep that night, I ate more poorly the next day because my dopamine system or whatever, the cortisol system was all messed up. I podcasted worse. I didn't go to the gym that day or the day after because I felt really bad. I then slept worse, and I could track all of this on my Whoop”
Some of the criticism of Tolu this season has been pathetic and that performance is why - play to his strengths and get players around him and he will cause a lot of trouble.
Edwards put Rodrigo Gomes up with him and that effectively won Wolves the game.
And now he’s rolling around like he usually does as he thinks an opposition player made contact with him.
Yet does he know, the worst RB in wolves history kneed him in the head.
He actually celebrated kicking it against an Arsenal player to win a goal kick.
Open top bus will be out if we get to 12 points. Mosquera knee sliding down Queen Street.

Aston Villa having the longest winning run in the Premier League during 2025 seems strange until you realise that the second longest winning run was by Wolves.
@stevephipps83@jay_wwfc07 We also haven’t got the characters to handle any kind of hostility from the home crowd and I wouldn’t even say the home crowd has been that hostile.
The attempts to work an angle to cross the ball from deep in the last 10 minutes were some of the worst pieces of football I’ve seen at the top level.
How are our crosses from 40-50 yards away getting blocked with such regularity?
Andre when it comes to fashioning a chance 🤮
