Here’s what’s changing:

Unified DAO Treasury:
The Trading Treasury and Operations Treasury will be merged into a single DAO Treasury, streamlining financial tracking, reducing redundancies, and ensuring clear oversight of funds.

Updated Buyback Model:
To balance sustainable growth with $RFRM support, we’re implementing a new buyback structure:
• 65% of positive net revenue will be used for $RFRM buybacks
• 35% will remain in the DAO Treasury for operations, development, and expansion

Quarterly & Monthly Reporting Updates
Based on valuable community feedback, we’re refining our reporting structure:
• Quarterly Reports: ReformDAO will release detailed financial statements covering revenue, expenses, and net revenue allocation, ensuring transparency in how funds are used for buybacks vs. treasury expansion.
• Monthly Updates: While full monthly reports will be replaced, slimmed-down updates will still be published to keep the community informed.
• Weekly Track Record Posts: Additional insights into treasury performance will be shared directly on our main page, offering regular visibility into operations.
