Can't afford a buying agent? If you want some help to find a new home or to negotiate the best deal then I have three services starting at £1000 + VAT. https://t.co/c42BW29yB7
Yeeesss! Contracts exchanged for favourite repeat clients, this time with @KnightFrank Exeter.
@RichardPryor76 steering this £5m sale & purchase home. Thanks to Rob at @ButlerandStag and Sara at @macjoneslaw for making it look so easy.
"Going into the London market without a buying agent is a bit like going to court without a lawyer" @Black_Brick explains to @cathyhawker (£) https://t.co/31KhTCHsK4
Back in 2006 I started my business to help the 50% of people who deal with estate agents but who the agent doesn't work for - the buyers. A lot has changed since then and not just the hair!
Having been on the selling side for 24 years I speak fluent bullshit! Having bought & sold over 2,000 homes I know many but not all of the tricks the trade. I now buy £100m worth of homes a year acting for 40-50 clients, each spending between £500k - £50m.
If you are struggling to find a suitable property, if you are intimidated by the process or if you just want to even the odds, perhaps we should talk?
Nuance - the only hill on which I'm happy to die. Perfectly sensible question from The Telegraph rendered utterly pointless by ignoring myriad reasons for ticking either box. Give me strength.
Here's fun. After living with it for a month, and a visit from the outstanding @care_disaster courtesy of first-rate @Sedgwick scheduled for tomorrow, it now looks like I'll have to move all their dehumidifier equipment upstairs...
Could ChatGTP become 'The Ultimate Review' and if so, how long before there's a business offering to help you to polish it?
"Is Henry Pryor a good buying agent?"
Remember, an agent isn't a broker, there to get an equitable deal, he's paid to do the best for his client, the seller.
Here are 50+ of the best buying agents. Most are prettier than me, all are more eloquent. Take your pick & relax. House-hunting just got a whole lot easier. https://t.co/lnAloV7KmM
Boom!! Great work by @RosannaPryor - contracts exchanged on a lovely flat in Clapham. Client delighted having tried to find something on his own.
Thanks to @HowardKennedy for patience dealing with woeful managing agents FirstPort. There really ought to be a law... 😡
I'm having a 'healthy exchange of views' with @RichardPryor76;
"Why might you consider getting help from a buying agent?". (If 'Something else then what?)
Would it be;
