The statement itself might be reason enough to understand why Ukraine was not involved in Europe or invited to NATO. Just look at Ukraine's post-independence history and politics. Just the period 1014 to 2024, the level of corruption and lack of a proper military structure should explain. Improvements in the Poroshenko and Zelensky era are laudable, but we need future certainty. Who knows what comes after the war!

This must be done with thoroughness like DOGE. Just a lot of sound bites and inuendo will not be enough. We need to see the: The Events; The Recipients of the Funds; The supporting documents/ propaganda that accompanies the accusations. Once and for all we need to bring into the open his entire agenda.
