I was challenged that my ticket was 'possibly invalid' on a service between Sheffield and Derby as part of a longer MLT - LMS journey (change at DBY). I was allowed to travel in the end.

I had no trouble with TPE or Northern getting to Sheffield or on my connecting train at Derby.

I can get to Bicester Village from MYB on a train and then get replacement bus to either BAN or LMS (depending on time of day)?

Bicester Village is off route for a normal journey (you'd usually go through Bicester North)
