@0zone_o3 @ko_dll But then it got political. Whether intentional or not, the game dev liked a comment about Traditional Chinese localization, which is a very sensitive topic in China. This act angered a large number of Chinese players, who believed that the dev discriminated against the Chinese.

@0zone_o3 @ko_dll From what I know, at first the complaints mostly stem from the idea of "The customer is always right". They think that if they buy the game on steam, they have every right to write any comment. Also, they believe that the lack of Chinese localization is an act of disrespect.

@ko_dll I'm sorry to see you have to go through all these trouble. But please don't be discouraged, focus on the postive reviews. And if you set your mind on salvaging the situation, I suggest you first deal with the Chinese localization, then pray for their attention to shift.

@ko_dll At this point I can safely say that there's no point in remedies anymore. You can keep apologizing and apologizing yet it won't make any difference now. The damage is done and you're already added to the blacklist of Chinese players. Better withdraw from the Chinese market.

@Mortdog I thought this would be a great change, but after playing it on pbe I've changed my mind. It's a complete failure. Wasting 60 gold just to see the same anomaly showing up Over And Over Again. I don't know exactly how you guys programmed it, but I do know that it's not good!

@Mortdog I found another serious bug! Chem baron can keep their shimmer after they trade for the illegal items if they retreat the chem baron champ back to bench. Therefore they trade again and again...which is so Frustrating!!!
