One of the two cops left said they were ordered to stand down and do nothing (let it happen).

Why were previous agreements broken? (25M recently brought in.)
Clean that up first.
Then make a new agreement that works for all.

Any non-felon can get a Green Card but no free medical, housing, education, etc.?
