Folks don’t ever purchase parking via @Ryanair, they’ve changed my flight schedule so now I need to adjust my parking, but @Ryanair won’t deal and the parking provider support process points the customer back to @Ryanair - so I’m stuck in a loop and can’t adjust parking 🙄

Just wanted to call out @LATAMAirlines for losing my luggage from Heathrow to São Paulo and the poor customer service since, several other passengers with missing luggage and no follow up from @latam, terrible service
