10/12/23- I asked Trevor: 57 years old at the YMCA for one advice to a 30+ y/o young man trying to make the world a better place?

Ans: "Just be nice to other people because you never know what others are going through. The simple thing that you just did made a huge difference."

With Chad, 41 y/o on 10/11/23. His advice was to:
- Never be afraid to speak your mind because it may offend someone, because your opinions help to strengthen others thoughts.
- Never be too busy to cease a moment.
