@jmveleta @LatinXChem It sounds good. We have not studied any catalytic activity of the compound, but I think the structure can't support hydrogen (proton) loss. Because of the structure itself is supported on hydrogen bonds of the acid groups. Thank you for your sugestions!

@FaboTlajtolli@LatinXChem Hi Fabián, we think it is due to three factors:
1. The reinforcement of the hydrogen bonds by the charge of the ions.
2. The cooperativity between several hydrogen bonds around and between anions.
3. And the remained DMF molecules bringing a covering effect of the surface.
