Best way to see if the caller is a real person vs a chat bot. When they ask how you are doing, answer "I'm grieving". If they respond "great", hang-up, if they go into their sales spiel, hang-up, if they hang-up they are a real person but don't care. Works every time.

Here's an example of a site that lost review snippets starting last Wednesday. Notice the steep drop in visibility for queries yielding review snippets, and then what seems to be another drop over the past few days (Monday and Tuesday). Again, I'm sure we'll see more exs soon:
