@tmfellowes The limited prospects of success, which PGA sides will make worse, are probably causing a negative effect in the investment of clubs lower down in they pyramid.
The L&SERWFL is a very high standard, the top 6 would hold thier own in the WNL-SW and could give your players a test

Attached are a few of my thoughts on the issues.

@Beyond_the_WSL@BromleyFCWomen@SLBenficaFCW FA Cup results in 24/25 indicated that the Tier 7 @GLWFLeague was on on par with the T5/6 SCRWFL
Bromley held Saltedean United (now a WNL side) to a 0-0 draw in the L&SERWFL League Cup Final before Pens.
SLEB avoided relegation in 24/25 on GD and was 6 points adrift from safety
@CazWest23@FAWNL I looked at the whole conundrum for a over a year and my conclusion was that T3 should join the WSL
Tier 4, 5 & 6 clubs should form the 8 Regional League's with Div. of 10, 12 or 14 depending on the ability within the regions and administer Reserve Leagues with Accademy sides
@Beyond_the_WSL Still cant get my head around this decision for so many reasons.
GLWFD1 S Champions
Lost 2-0 to Leyton Orient in the LC whilst Prem runners up Tooting Bec lost 7-0, 1-10, in the CC 0-9 and in the LC Final 1-4).
The GLWFL Premier has been as good as a lot of T5/6 Leagues
@Beyond_the_WSL@WWFCWomen@WinchCityFlyers@portchyladies All leagues should start on time / make more use of 3/4g pitches from Nov-Feb with local matches scheduled so that if PP they can be played midweek.
Senior County Cups should all be played midweek
If we do that, stronger regions like LSERWFL can adopt a 14 or 16 club format
@Since71Blog It looks like two clubs with the same ownership.
Cant see thier being a merger as that would mean Actonians stepping down to Leyton Orients level.
Wonder if newly promoted Orient will play in L&SERWFL alongside Actonians Reserves or if they will join the weaker ECRWFL at tier 6
@worldoflewy@TomJGarry@FAWNL@FA We don't need Accadamies / Res. sides to holding clubs back and stiffling investment
We don't need more leagues
Clubs at the same level in the pyramid are not always the same ability on the pitch.
Have Divisions of 10 in the SW but Div. of 16 in the SE and 12 or 14 in NE/NW
@worldoflewy@TomJGarry@FAWNL@FA Failure at the moment is finishing 11th and below.
Maintain that with Divisions of 14 with 4 teams going down.
Promote the both the feeder League Champions and two play off winners.
Finish 2nd for home advantage
2N vs 3S
2S vs 3N
So 3 teams from a stronger league could go up.
