I received a "Your account is temporarily blocked" message. I emailed on 26 June and was asked to complete Video KYC. I responded immediately, but since then there has been no reply.

@NsdlBank @nsdlpb Because my Video KYC is still pending, my account remains temporarily blocked. Waiting for over 2 weeks without any update is disappointing.

@NsdlBank @nsdlpb I have called customer care 3 times, and each time I was told I would receive a callback. Today is 13 July, and I have received neither a call nor an email. I also raised a support ticket in the app, but there has been no response there either.

@CoinMarketCap @safepal I redeemed 2,000 Diamonds for the SafePal X1 reward, but India isn't available in the shipping list, even though SafePal ships to India. If India isn't eligible, why was this reward available to Indian users? Please fix this issue.
