@airindia Delay in London → missed my Delhi–KL flight. Staff LIED, blocked me from booking a hotel, locked us in transit 10 hrs w/ no food. Arrived 11 hrs late, comp refused. They call me Mr, they don't care. If you value your sanity (and safety): AVOID AVOID. AVOID #AirIndia 🚫
