Brighton once sent a letter demanding Croatian lower-league club NK Jadran Galeb change their crest because it looked almost identical to theirs.

The funniest part?

Brighton only found out because someone from the Croatian club visited their offices, pointed out the similarity himself and then jokingly asked whether Brighton could donate them some kits and equipment.

Instead of free kits, they went home with a request to change the badge.

You genuinely couldn’t write it. 😭
