1. Ensure gatherings are kept to a minimum and invite no more than 10 others into your home

2. Limit the number of people you meet at any one time - keep your social network small

3. Do not organise or attend house parties 2/3

4. Risk assess your environment; don't go where you don't feel safe

5. Don't overlook the basics - wash your hands regularly, practice respiratory etiquette, wear a face covering where appropriate, stay 2 metres from others

@RichmondmcHarty @rosablackgp Totally agree Michael, we need common sense and not a bubble wrap approach, need pitches to open for kids , community transmission extremely low & extremely low among this group , if 40 people allowed inside a supermarket but 4 kids not allowed in a pitch !

@rosablackgp As GP I could not function using the 2 meter rule so I wear a mask as do all face to face patients. I wear a mask in my local shop, on house calls and in any confined populated space. If everyone did this the 2 meter rule need not be absolute and could be practically reduced.

Some good news: The reproductive rate has fallen even further to between 0.5 and 1. At beginning of April, 100 people a day were being admitted to hospital with #COVID19. That is now reduced to 40. The next 12 days matter and what you do matters. Stay the course and #StayAtHome
