@__scottsaunders Fully agree it’s just a once bitten twice shy type thing. Structure at the club is much better and there is no pep or Klopp. We have to be careful that for eg Chels or a spurs might get there act together, improvement doesn’t necessarily mean finishing higher than last season.

@__scottsaunders My main worry with Carrick is that there’s still a lot of similarities with ole who had that initial manager bounce. It’s a lazy comparison but I think it’s one all worry about. I was hoping he would add 1/2 backroom staff there was talk of a coach from Bayern at one point?

@UtdArena He gets in so many good positions but don’t seem to have that (killer) instinct to play the ball (weather it be a shot or cross) quite quick enough which allows the defence to recover. Hopefully it’s something they can develop.

@RucksSake It’s just insane and Eng are holding themselves back. Both Willis brothers would start and tbh I’d still have Courtney lawes in and around the team. Imagine chessum at 6 being replaced by lawes for the last 20. I’ve been saying it since the armitage days something has to change

@RucksSake I don’t understand why lads who play in France etc can’t be centrally contracted. England get full access to the player and dictate minutes players etc etc the French team get a world class player with the majority of his salary being payed. Win win. What am I missing?
