A free pop-up clinic is scheduled to serve the residents of 76104. It will serve the first 100 people and operate from 10am to 1pm on March 20 at 1050 Evans Ave. Kudos to my Council colleague @KellyAllenGray for her work in bringing health care services to those who need them!

Listen, #AcademicTwitter, I don’t think a PhD should be required to teach college students. So many of those with a PhD are TERRIBLE at teaching, hate students, etc. Besides, most if not all grad schools are not teaching grad students HOW TO TEACH. Let folks w/o a PhD do it more.

@jessicazeller I don’t test at all, EVER. My favorite way to check for understanding is through dialogue! And by doing it daily/weekly, we have time to pivot. It’s my job to figure out how to get a student where I need them to be without proving it with some performative bullshit.
