@DLCoulisses J’espère que oui et j’espère beaucoup que ce sera l’acquisition de Mason MacTavish. Il serait un excellent centre #2 derrière Suzuki et j’aime beaucoup qu’il emmènerait différente qualités que ce dernier: un joueur assez habile, beaucoup plus costaud, centre gaucher, etc

@SpicyTofficial @Lartchy Je crois par contre que faire l'acquisition de bon joueur de la AHL, comme Suzuki, aide justement à développer les joueurs repêché par le CH. Les joueurs talentueux doivent jouer avec des joueurs habiles, pour avoir possession de la rondelle, controler le jeu plus longtemps, etc.

Having said that, it reeks of all kinds of desperation. Coaching won't solve bad defence, bad goaltending and lack of depth.

Some NHL GM's, usually those who just want to save their jobs, are so desperate to hire experienced NHL coaches that they will prefer to hire the cardboard cut-out of Punch Imlach over a younger, less experienced coach with good ideas.

Sources: The Edmtn Oilers are consulting with the NHLPA to see if there are objections that must be resolved before potentially hiring Mike Babcock. Amid allegations of invading players privacy, Babcock resigned in CBJ as Head Coach in 2023. Further investigation may be required.

Si je suis le Canadiens, je contacte Detroit pour examiner la possibilité d'acquérir Larkin. Bien sûr, cela ne signifie pas donner tout ce qu'il faut, mais il serait toute un acquisition Quant à son âge, Crosby, Stamkos, autres sont tous dans la mi-30e et s'en sortent bien.
