@MaximeBernier An international student on an expired Visa recently got caught trying to steal a BMW in Vancouver. He dropped out of college in 2 semesters, became addicted to drugs and homeless, and even after all this, the judge just let him go because he's "not involved in organized crime"

The judge let him go. Said he wasn't a part of organized crime. Wow.
