Rosa Delauro is the exact reason why there needs to be a change in Congress and insane asylums need to be reopened. Another career politician that has remained incumbent since 1991 35 years is enough. Time for Mrs Delauro to be retired and put onto a nice mellow slow drip in a padded room until she dies.
