@RepJerryNadler Belgal refused orders to exit, accelerated into 2 ICE vehicles, drove toward other officers. One ICE agent fired rounds, striking him. NYPD officers responded after hearing the shots, placing Belgal in custody and rendering aid. NYPD has him - not ICE.
