@Morrisons I was informed today that I was not allowed to use a trolley self service checkout simply because I had a basket. These were now reserved for the sole purpose of the smart trolleys. The heavy items I had were not of concern nor was my convenience #ASDA

Still waiting from 26/05 for a refund. Order ref 3452133003289, have called several times to be informed refund 'in a couple of days'. Sick of the fob off now.
