On Kraken, access will be available to eligible, verified users via the platform’s token sale interface, providing a familiar route for those who prefer a centralized exchange experience.

• Sale Close Date: Thurs, December 18th, 1PM UTC
• Allocations Granted by: Sat, December 20th, 1PM UTC
• FDV: $60M
• Vesting: 50% at TGE, 50% linear vesting over 6 months
• Softcap raise target: $3M
