@girdley Chili's fell off around 2009. The food just tasted off. I noticed last few years the old flav and vibe was close to how it was when it was a 90s powerhouse. They are like 90% there. Thicken up that beef patty about 15% and grease up those chips a little more and we're are back!

@doqholliday I bought my first house 20 yrs old with 7.5 interest rate and pmi added on. Got paid $12 hr. How...no car payment and ate at home. No cable no fancy clothes. It's delayed gratification.

@doqholliday I think you meant well but it's called time in the market. They made a purchase many years ago and have every right to keep the house or land. I love my kids but know there are cases where I would be enabling them to not push themselves

@doqholliday I work in a business where a lot of millennials come through and I will say that most don't last because they have no basic discipline. They get paid $20-25 hr to do basic repair work but flake out and don't usually last more than a year max. The opportunities are there.

@drantbradley Really church all together is a bit off from our roots. People are the church and used to meet in houses and occasionally in a synagog. As the Christian movement grew we just started building bigger buildings and forgot the roots of small group gatherings.
