N.H. Senate Republicans in pre-session newser tout bills to ban cell phones in classroom. Promise to prohibit sanctuary city policies and say pot legalization will go nowhere this year.
On July 4, 2012 in San Diego, California, thousands of people gathered for the ‘Big Bay Boom,’ attending what they thought would be a 17 minute show.
Instead, 7,000 fireworks accidentally went off all at same time.
The fireworks were triggered from a computer however a glitch in the software changed everything.
The 17 minute show lasted just 30 seconds but was remembered as one of the greatest firework shows of all time.

Negotiators from the N.H. House and Senate agree on compromise language for marijuana legalization. If full Senate and House approves, it would become law if governor approves.
The N.H. House passed a bipartisan measure to legalize marijuana today, 239-141. Still must clear the Senate and be signed by the governor before it becomes a law.
Federal judge orders Ian Freeman of Keene to pay $3.5 million in restitution to 29 victims in bitcoin money laundering case. Freeman is serving an eight-year prison sentence.
