I really hate some animation fans. Some of you guys just aren’t normal. You don’t want real accountability, you just want a reason to hate and hurt somebody, because deep down, you’re a hateful person
TADC finale left me feeling kinda mixed, but it was still good. I think it has the strongest scenes of the entire series, but also some of the most baffling choices that I felt could’ve been fleshed out. It still did everything it needed to do and I applaud everyone who made it
@DavidToons_ The complete lack of respect for the artists and animators who poured practically everything into this for years disgusts me on a level I haven't felt in a while
Massive respect for Kevin here. Huge dubs for explaining the situation. I’m still pretty saddened by some of the immaturity of most fans, and geniunely it’s awesome to see them actively committed to making everything as accessible as possible
Maybe I’m tripping but it’s become pretty clear that Jax’s character is a primary focus because he is a textbook exemplification of the themes Goose is trying to express with the series
He’s not very likeable but that doesn’t mean he’s not interesting
Exciting as this is, they’ve made a huge miscalculation not releasing the finale digitally at the same time. People who are unable to get a screening are gonna have to endure two weeks of a fandom that’s already proven to have plenty of bad actors
@fanatic_elsy Sometimes blocking tags and staying off socials aren’t enough to prevent getting spoilt, and considering how many neurodivergent terminally online people there are in the fandom, it’s gonna be a bit rough for a lot of them
@fanatic_elsy I can see your point. The content of the finale may potentially impact monetisation, and I’m certainly all for it being screened in theatres. But sometimes spoilers are unavoidable, look at the whole Snape kills Dumbledore situation
Going to bed but to quickly add to this, I saw that they’re gonna have more availability in more countries as cinema chains get added over time. So that’s a genuinely great thing, but unfortunately not everyone will have access to the cinemas
@Trueblue1051 That’s a great thing but considering how massive the show is internationally, unfortunately some people will be unable to watch in cinemas
