I am trying to cancel my premium subscription but I keep getting the message “Looks like you bought this subscription on another device. You’ll need to manage or cancel your subscription from that platform.”
Unfortunately, I no longer possess my previous platform as I have changed carriers. How can I cancel my subscription under these circumstances?
There are no FAQs covering this subject.
