Of course with no explanation I immediately assumed this was an error or a scam so cancelled my DD

I’ve been trying to contact a human being to ask why my monthly charge has gone up by 60% when the notification was saying an 8% increase
But there’s no one there; do they need @Ofcom to go in and rescue?
Hey @virginmedia would someone care to contact me about why you have increased my monthly charge by 60%?
Instead of sending texts that I can’t reply to? Or calls that are controlled by bots? Or websites that go into an infinite loop?
