@FearlessFriends@MattWallace888 It has been 100% confirmed that there were in fact 3 crew aboard the Blackhawk. It was not unmanned.
Also released flight data shows that the helicopter was flying in an approved corridor. It is best to wait for the NTSB report to see what happened.
@jeangeniemarie@MattWallace888@MikeBara333 Aircraft both military and civilian are equipped with a system called TCAS (terrain and collision avoidance system) however TCAS is disabled at low altitudes like that of approach.
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ Absolutely go with what you're used to, I still celebrate Christmas with my family on the 25th even though Orthodox christmas is on January 7th
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ Absolutely stand for what you believe in. I just mentioned orthodoxy as it has become something that i dont wish to abandon. I didn't mean for it to seem as if I was saying abandon catholicism.
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ That is definitely something I've come into contact with. Many of the catholics that I've met are very cohesive, and the opposite can be said for many of the Protestants I've known. Though there is some overlap between the two.
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ I definitely understand your sentiments. Most everything now in my experience has become a watered-down version of what it's supposed to be. And with the research I've done into Vatican two it doesn't make much sense which is part of what pushed me towards orthodoxy.
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ And that has trickled through time to our current generation. The only way I really see to change the perception is to live how christ commands us to live and to show that they aren't being actively threatened by catholicism or orthodoxy in my case.
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ I do agree that there is some deep-seated hatred for catholicism among Protestants. This is somewhere that we have to look at the historical interaction to see where the problem stems from. Much of it comes from early protestants under catholic persecution
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ I would say stick to the verifiable facts as much as possible. People will definitely go into denial, but that's because asking them to look at the facts makes a place for their whole worldview to change, and it is extremely difficult for someone to do that.
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ I definitely found my fair share of distressing things during covid as well. I agree that many things have been changed. However, I don't believe that the entirety of Christianity has been corrupted. I don't think God would allow the entirety of his followers to be misled.
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ Definitely, many people are being misled by false prosperity gospels and sham leadership. It's being left to many small groups to fight one large entity.
@HaVoK_GOD@trad_west_ Unfortunate that they feel that they have to attack you, but it's also a failure on their part for not researching and seeing that problems such as that exist everywhere.
