A woman worked overtime for months to surprise her son with the expensive camera he’d been dreaming about.

When it finally arrived, the delivery driver threw the box onto her porch. The camera was damaged, and her Ring camera caught the whole thing.

Customer service refused to replace it, claiming the delivery “didn’t cause” the damage, so she posted the video and her story online.

It blew up fast. Then the company showed up at her house… not to apologize, but to accuse her of breaking it herself.
