Hey @AMDRyzen I'm having troubles with my Ryzen 7 5800x3d I've just purchased

Problem:
a1 a2 are working fine,
b1 b2 arent recognising the ram

Tested:
Tested old cpu Ryzen 7 1700 (working fine and reads all 4 slots)

Ram - corsair vengence lpx 4x8 3200
Mobo - x370 msi titanium

Hey @BethesdaSupport I've just tried to log in to my account and noticed it was blocked with a 4:8:2000 error code.
