A massive thanks to the people that care, and I mean really care. Society, attitudes, culture, communication, respect, discipline (I could go on) are all changing so much - and not in a good way. Mainly, it's thanks to technology, social media, AI etc.

I've had a really hard few weeks (and months) but am pushing myself to get through. Sitting on your arse does nothing to improve your mental health. You have to look in the mirror and make changes. Rest and recoup? Yes. But I won't be a slave to my mind, and I won't allow the truly shit people of this world to bring me down.
