@HelpCareHub_1@6figga_dilla@UPS Nice try guys. I spent over an hour each on 3 different calls and each person I talked to said it’s UPS’s policy not to refund. I asked if that’s how they want to treat their customers, and they stood firm on “policy”. Should have fixed it when you had the chance
@UPS You’ve lost a customer for life. Paid $100 to have a time sensitive package delivered overnight. It was finally delivered 4 days later. After speaking with a supervisor, still no refund “due to weather”. BTW, the weather has been perfect in both locations. Don’t use UPS!
When did the new era of gas station car washes become like a Dutch Bros drive thru? It used to be a good value to get a good, quick wash. Now they are charging $10 for a basic wash with 4 teenagers hovering over the kiosks asking me about my day and if I want to upgrade.
