@ScottRobinsonJA @xSkullaz Quoting NHT "Your NHT contributions is a total of 5% of your monthly salary. However employers contribute 3% and employees contribute the remaining 2%". It is money paid on our behalf just like employer's portion of NIS, group health and pension. All should benefit the employee.

@ScottRobinsonJA @xSkullaz @LolaluvBeach All payroll taxes and contributions are really paid by employees as TAJ returns will show. All that happens is that employers pay us 3% more that does not show up on our payslip. NHT was designed so our full 5% contribution was never accounted for.
