@edelascasas @AmericanAir Omg we are stuck here also!! We got delayed like 3-4 times yesterday and then the flight was canceled completely!!
The today we were delayed from 3:30pm 3 times to 11:45pm
They refuse to put us on other flights or buys a new ticket for a different airline HELP we want to go home!
