GTAVI has a bunch of interiors that are used exclusively for cutscenes, these are normally incomplete and only show what the camera wants you to see. They usually lack collisions.

One of my favourites is Yusuf's apartment. It has a fake cityspace outside the window to make it look like it's in a more built up area.
