I ordered a refrigerator on big billion day and the fridge was not in a good condition. I filed a replacement complain and it has not been replaced from last 20 days . Customer support is also delaying the issue everytime i call them and make excuses

I used 150 rs from my paytm postpaid account and then u blocked my account for 5 years and i was unable to pay. Now when i got to know that my cibil is low bcoz of paytm so went to repay and now it shows that the repay amount is 8k. What is this behavior
