East Tennessee State @ETSUFootball long snapper @haydenross2024 made the trip to Eau Claire Wisconsin to chase perfection!

Hayden mentioned that his ball flew with a nose up tilt back to the punter but wasn’t sure why. He also wanted to increase his consistency and ball speed.

If you look at his before video you can see that he starts with a very popular but unbalanced grip. Due to his hand placement it causes the dominant hand to flick upwards through the finish and causes the nose to fly up. In the after video you can see that he adjusted his hand placement to get his hands working together and DRIVING the ball off his hands.

We spent a lot of time on his body control and sequencing. Hayden came in pulling his ball through which caused him to slide and lose control of his finish. After we made those corrections you can see that he stopped sliding but threw a faster ball, and was able to stick his finish!

Looking forward to continuing to help Hayden chase perfection!
