One time I went to the theatre and this trailer came up. Thinking it was the Tony trailer I leaned over to my friend and said "I'm super excited for this movie"
Have not lived that one down, don't think I ever will...
"One Night Only" director Will Gluck says it's "100%" true that Gen Z and Gen Alpha don’t want to see sex on screen:
"I went through this on two movies. I have long pages of empirical data about it. The only thing is I don’t think it’s just Gen Z and Gen Alpha. I believe it’s been a societal shift from taking nudity in adult situations and putting them on your phones at home for everybody. Now it’s more of a private, intimate thing that people don’t want to see when they’re in a shared experience. Whenever people now see nudity or very adult situations in a big theater, they get uncomfortable."

this discourse is so tired but this feels especially stupid to me because it assumes that every viewer is going to see every movie. i don't think someone who's averse to seeing sex onscreen is going to an R rated romcom whose premise revolves around sex
@nathanrobii A great transition but a god awful story reason for it. Nice shots need to have significance to the story to feel meaningful.
Also who's favourite weather pattern is HAIL???
Kevin Feige says ‘AVENGERS: SECRET WARS’ will introduce a new universe that is easier for audiences to follow.
“It will establish a streamlined, simplified, single universe that’s easier for audiences to follow. Some aspects will feel familiar. But many, many things will be entirely new.”

Carney has caved to Trump at almost every turn despite his "elbows up" campaign: scrapping important environmental legislation, joining the "Golden Dome," saying the war in Iran was "worth it" and Trump is *still* slapping us with tariffs.
Playing nice with fascists never works.
