Pathetic service from @cromaretail. (TRICHUR ) bought a @PanasonicIndia A/c on 22/4 and they promised installation on 25/4. Till date iade more than 20 calls but nobody addrsd the issue. Even after 8 days my ac is lying uninstalled. @TataCompanies are pathetic in customer service

Very disappointing experience with @PanasonicIndia.

AC is under warranty but not cooling. Complaint raised 3+ times, only automated replies and “acknowledged” status—no actual service.
