Please know this, and know it forever.

Provision doesn't kill a man.

It's his inability to provide that will kill him faster.

You'll not live longer, if your wife is the main provider.

You'll live shorter.

Your insecurities will make you feel depressed.

The thoughts of what your kids would eat, how you'd pay their fees, and the gloomy face of your wife will taunt your inner core as a man.

The shame and silent disrespect will make you feel like a loser and a failure.

What keeps a man happy, mentally and psychologically balanced, is when he has handled his responsibilities.

And when you have sex regularly, your immune system is boosted and your productivity is sustained.
