Referring to my initial request, reverse this so that I can now go ahead and buy for a third party.

@Safaricom_Care Bought Tunukiwa bundles by mistake. How? The app skipped the option to select pay via airtime or Mpesa. It went straight to deduct my airtime balance.

The intention was to buy monthly data package for another number. Reverse the airtime so that I can proceed.

I am unable to renew my domain subscription through Zoho Mail Admin Console.

I called a couple of times and got no assistance.

I have so far tried to escalate the issue with tucows. Tucows recommends that I speak to you as my domain provider.
