@that_darn It's 1 of those, unspoken, difficult to prove, hiring practices w/certain positions. Sometimes it's not HR but whichever department has final say on who gets interviewed.
But it's definitely, unprofessional &, unfortunately, happens more than I think most ppl realize. 🤷🏾‍♀️
