Adam is unstoppable! On days 8-10 of the #Ride4ARVC he averaged 45 miles and 2,174 feet of elevation PER DAY😱🚴‍♂️ He's currently en route to @cityofkelowna from @cityofpenticton, where he'll take a well earned rest day.

That's a wrap on Vancouver Island! Days 1-3 of the #Ride4ARVC covered Victoria to Duncan to Nanaimo to Port Coquitlam. Highlights included the ride launch from Beacon Hill Park, ocean and mountain views, clam digging, and connecting with the folks at @HeartsInRhythm.
