@OnlineHyde I don't think they would either but it would make each park stand out more. Cedar Point, Kings Island, Carowinds, etc. definitely stand out more than Six Flags (Insert State or City).
After almost 20 years, we have decided to permanently retire X2. Read Six Flags Magic Mountain Park President Brian Oerding’s blog post for more details: https://t.co/gtLWzbYnZm
I visited Carowinds two weekends ago for the first time and had a great time. Follow me on my venture to ride all 14 coasters at the park.

Justice for Hurler at @Carowinds. I found it to be pretty solid for the first 2/3 of the ride. That last third it does get pretty rough and I'm guessing that's where most people immediately write it off.
Had a great two days at @Carowinds. First time going here and it was well worth the trip. Their big 4 of Fury, Thunder Striker, Copperhead Strike and Afterburn are all really solid. Kids and wife had a good time too, especially in Camp Snoopy. Looking forward to coming back.
Think it might be time to put this one to rest. It's always been a weird ride in the park because it doesn't belong to any specific land. It's a standalone ride that sticks out like a sore thumb. I don't mind the ride but it's space could be better used for something else.
Skull Island: Reign of Kong remains closed at Islands of Adventure. The attraction has now been unexpectedly closed for the past few weeks, with no reopening date announced. @UniversalORL
My first visit to @KentuckyKingdom was a good time! Watch some footage I took and hear my overall thoughts on this underrated park.

Which is the better park, Kings Island or Kings Dominion?
I've never been to either but hope to visit both at some point. Was curious what the consensus is between the two.
