FYI for retail investors: If you plan to submit an indication of interest (or COTP) for SpaceX IPO shares, it's a good idea to review your brokerage's IPO flipping policy. I found some of the brokerage policies:
Robinhood:
"You can sell the shares you received through IPO access at any point in time. However, if you sell IPO shares within 30 days of the IPO, it's considered flipping and you may be prevented from participating in IPO access for 60 days. This policy applies to all IPOs offered with IPO access."
More info: https://t.co/i7UoqeW33J
Charles Schwab:
"You are free to sell shares purchased in a public offering at any time, subject to applicable law, market rules, account restrictions, and the terms of the applicable offering. For some public offerings, selling shares within a specified period after allocation may result in restrictions on your ability to participate in future public offerings through Schwab. The applicable restricted period, duration of any participation restriction, and other consequences may vary by offering and will be disclosed through the IPO Site or other offering-related materials, including the applicable registration statement. By placing or affirming a COTP for an offering subject to an anti-flipping policy, you agree to the anti-flipping policy disclosed for that offering." The restriction for a first time flipper is often 6 months, but check directly with Schwab to confirm.

Fidelity:
"As with any investment, you are free to sell the securities obtained during an IPO whenever you determine it is appropriate for you. However, if you are allocated shares of SpaceX and you sell within the first 15 calendar days from the start of trading in the secondary market, it will affect your ability to participate in future new issue equity public offerings through Fidelity for a defined period of time. The defined period is as follows:
First Flip – Blocked for 6 months
Second Flip – Blocked for 1 year
Third Flip – Permanently banned by your SSN
The first day clients can sell without being labeled a flipper is the 16th calendar day after the IPO trades."
More info: https://t.co/KuD0F1OIWT
Sofi:
"Members are able to sell securities obtained during an IPO whenever they would like. SoFi does not restrict the sale of securities on the secondary market. However, if a member sells within the first 30 calendar days post-IPO, that member will be limited in their ability to participate in future IPOs through SoFi for a defined period of time as outlined below:
Members who have obtained shares/units of an IPO through SoFi and sell within the first 30 days post-IPO are considered “flippers” and may be prevented from participating in future IPOs for 180 days upon a first violation, 365 days upon a second violation, and permanently in the event of a third violation.
In addition, SoFi may charge a $50 fee for the sales of securities obtained through the IPO process if the sales take place prior to the 120th day of trading. This fee will step down to $5 for each subsequent sale that takes place prior to the first 120 calendar days of trading."

E*Trade:
"E*TRADE may flag your account and restrict you from participating in future IPOs for a set period."

In May, Tesla's Giga Shangai wholesale sales (local in China and exports) were 85,982 Model 3 and Model Y. 🇨🇳
This represents a year-on-year increase of 39.4% and a month-on-month increase of 8.2%. Compared to last year, year-to-date sales are up by 29.4%.
Highest sales after 2 months into the quarter since 22Q4 (14 quarters).
Tesla sales in Europe in May 2026 (YoY):
• France: +655% (best selling May ever)
• Denmark: +136%
• Spain: +113%
• Sweden: +71%
• Norway: +29%
Additional country data coming later this week. Registrations of electrified vehicles - including battery -electric, plug-in hybrid and hybrid models - rose about 21% in Europe and made up more than two-thirds of the region's total registrations in April, according to data from ACEA.
Part of the big YoY increase is due to new Model Y production ramping up in the first half of 2025, but sales demand in general has also improved in the region. As you can see with France, it had its best May ever and the 10th best overall sales month ever.
Robert Marks on @Tesla FSD (Supervised) after buying a Model Y:
"Its self-driving is the most impressively engineered consumer product since the smartphone. I say this as a practicing electrical and computer engineering professor with decades of experience in algorithms and artificial intelligence.
Among others, I’ve showed off my Tesla to a control theory professor, a retired Marine fighter pilot, and a retired police officer. All were agog.
Whether Tesla ultimately dominates the future of transportation or merely helps ignite it, one thing is clear: the automobile is being reinvented before our eyes. For those like me who grew up thinking of cars as engines, gears, and gas tanks, stepping into a Tesla feels less like buying a new car and more like getting a glimpse of tomorrow."

TESLA: King Fio Trucking, a family-owned customs bonded drayage carrier based in Long Beach, California, has ordered 20 Tesla Semis.
King Fio services the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, plus railyards and warehouses. It runs about 30 trucks from 3 locations and has shifted toward zero-emission operations.
Per Jennie Abarca, Owner of King Fio Trucking, "I am proud to help inspire and encourage the trucking industry's transformation. Ordering 20 Tesla Semis is not just a business decision—it's a commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and innovation.
These electric trucks offer significant cost savings and longer travel ranges, which are game changers for our operations. I believe embracing this technology will not only reduce our environmental footprint but also set a new standard for trucking in California and beyond. The future of trucking is electric, and we're excited to lead the charge."
Canadian Coast to Coast with Tesla FSD is done!
Myself, @DavidMoss and @scotsrule08 drove over 6,051km (3,760 miles) across Canada, through the Rockies, prairies, Canadian Shield, etc - all while using FSD.
Canada threw just about everything it had at us along the way… construction, animals on the road, poor weather, bad drivers, etc - and we still managed to pull it off.
This is a major milestone in autonomy and will hopefully help prove to people where we actually are today with regard to self-driving cars.
What a fun 5 days it’s been - I can’t believe how many people have shown up to support us along the way! The Tesla community is incredible.
Tesla Oasis is a great road trip stop.
164 stalls, mainly off grid solar powered with super clean pet area, vending machines, restrooms, trailer pull trough areas, tire inflation station and seating areas.
Well done @TeslaCharging!

@SawyerMerritt The rear is unmistakably Ferrari. The front not so much even in Ferrari red. Is the new Roadster unveiling still expected late May or early June?
